1) Scope & Applicability

1.1 Scope. This Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs how subscriptions, orders, add-ons, and usage-based services provided by Addrify App can be cancelled.

1.2 Applicability. Applies to:

  • Monthly and annual subscriptions
  • Add-ons, upgrades, and downgrades
  • Usage-based fees (SMS, AI Calls, email campaigns, contact lookups, webhooks)
  • Professional services or onboarding fees
  • Promotional plans and trials

2) General Cancellation Rules

2.1 No Mid-Term Cancellation. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-term for a refund. Once a billing cycle has started, all fees are fully earned.

2.2 Future-Effective Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Service remains active until the period expires.

2.3 Advance Notice. To ensure smooth processing, cancellations should be requested at least 5 business days before the next billing date.

2.4 Authorized Method. Cancellations are only valid if submitted:

  • Through the official Addrify App account dashboard under “Billing & Subscription”
  • Or by written request to hello@addrify.com from an authorized account contact

Cancellations via phone, chat, or messages to other addresses are not valid.


3) Specific Service Rules

3.1 Add-Ons & Upgrades. All add-ons and upgrades are billed immediately and cannot be cancelled or refunded once activated.

3.2 Usage-Based Services. SMS, AI Calls, email campaigns, contact lookups, and webhooks are charged at the time of use. These are non-cancellable once consumed or credits are allocated.

3.3 Professional Services & Setup Fees. Custom onboarding, integrations, or consulting services are billed in advance and are non-cancellable once work has started.

3.4 Promotional & Discounted Plans. Special offers, promotional discounts, or trial-to-paid conversions are non-cancellable except at the end of the promotional term.


4) Account & Data Handling After Cancellation

4.1 Service Access. Your account will remain active until the end of the paid period. After that, services will automatically stop, including visitor intelligence, contact discovery, webhooks, messaging, AI Calls, and calendar integrations.

4.2 Data Retention.

  • Addrify retains customer data for 30 days post-cancellation for account recovery.
  • After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted, unless we are required to retain it by law, regulation, or for dispute resolution.
  • You are responsible for exporting your data before the cancellation effective date.

4.3 Third-Party Accounts. Any third-party integrations (e.g., Twilio, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce) remain your responsibility. Cancelling Addrify does not cancel those accounts.


5) Non-Payment & Involuntary Cancellation

5.1 Non-Payment. If payment fails, we may suspend your account immediately. If payment is not received within 10 days, your subscription may be cancelled involuntarily.

5.2 Policy Breaches. We may cancel your account without refund if you violate:

  • Acceptable use rules
  • Data protection laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
  • Prohibitions on harassment, fraud, or illegal use

5.3 Discretionary Termination. Addrify reserves the right to cancel accounts at our sole discretion for misuse, fraud, or reputational risk.


6) Refund Position After Cancellation

6.1 No Refunds. Cancelling a subscription or service does not entitle you to a refund. All payments already made remain with Addrify.

6.2 Service Credits. In rare cases, we may apply discretionary service credits toward future usage. These credits have no cash value and do not constitute a refund.


7) Customer Responsibilities

7.1 Timely Cancellation. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue. Failure to cancel is not grounds for a refund.

7.2 Accurate Information. Cancellation requests must come from an authorized account holder. Addrify is not responsible for unauthorized cancellations made from compromised accounts.

7.3 Compliance. You are responsible for ensuring any marketing campaigns or data processing performed during your subscription comply with applicable laws even if your account is later cancelled.


8) Disputes After Cancellation

8.1 Outstanding Charges. If disputes or chargebacks occur after cancellation, we will provide evidence of your account activity and payment authorization.

8.2 Collection. Any unpaid fees or chargeback penalties remain your responsibility and may be pursued through collections or legal action.


9) Survival of Obligations

Even after cancellation, certain obligations survive, including:

  • Confidentiality clauses
  • Intellectual property rights
  • Payment of outstanding fees
  • Indemnification
  • Governing law and jurisdiction provisions under the Terms of Service

11) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted at https://addrify.com/. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
