1. General Refund Position

1.1 All fees paid to Addrify BrandWorks LLC for the Addrify App and related services are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in this Policy or required by law.

1.2 By subscribing to or purchasing Addrify Services, you acknowledge that outcomes vary depending on data availability, third-party integrations, messaging deliverability, and campaign performance. These factors are outside Addrify’s control and do not entitle you to a refund.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable once billed:

  • Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
  • Add-ons, upgrades, and feature activations
  • Usage-based services (SMS, AI Calls, email sends, webhooks, contact lookups)
  • Professional services, onboarding, and consulting fees
  • Setup and implementation fees
  • Promotional discounts, coupons, or credits
  • Taxes and regulatory surcharges
  • Third-party pass-through fees (e.g., Twilio, Mailchimp)

3. Rare Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate billing: You were charged twice for the same invoice.
  • Billing error by Addrify: A miscalculated charge clearly attributable to us.
  • Service outage: A complete unavailability of core Services (not integrations) lasting more than 7 consecutive days, with no workaround possible.

Note: Even in these cases, Addrify may issue service credits (applied toward future invoices) instead of monetary refunds.


4. Refund Request Procedure

4.1 If you believe you qualify for a refund, submit a written request within 30 days of the charge date to billing@addrify.com with:

  • Business name and account email
  • Invoice number and date
  • Transaction amount and payment method
  • Reason for refund request with supporting evidence

4.2 Refund requests received after 30 days from the charge date will not be considered.

4.3 Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method only.


5. Timing & Processing

  • Refunds (if approved) are processed within 10 business days of confirmation.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time (typically 5–10 business days) to reflect the funds.
  • Addrify is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors.

6. Service Credits (Alternative to Refunds)

In certain situations, Addrify may issue non-cash service credits applied toward future invoices. These credits:

  • Have no cash value
  • Cannot be transferred or converted
  • Expire if not used within 12 months

7. Relationship to Other Policies

This Refund Policy should be read together with:

  • Cancellation Policy
  • Privacy Policy
  • Terms of Service

In case of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.


8. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted at https://addrify.com/. Your continued use of Addrify Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
